How to cancel a subscription
This tutorial will guide you through the process of cancelling your subscription.
- Log into your Device Hub.
- From your Dashboard go to Purchases > Subscriptions.
- Under subscriptions you will see an overview of all your emteria subscriptions.
- To cancel your subscription click on the cancel button, as shown in the picture below.
- After the cancellation the status of your subscription will change from Active to Cancelled.
