How to cancel a subscription

This tutorial will guide you through the process of cancelling your subscription.

  1. Log in to your Device Hub.
  2. Process with cancellation depending on which UI you are using

Cancel a subscription in the new UI

  • From your Dashboard go to Devices and pick a subscription to be cancelled.
  • Left-click the subscription and enter the menu in the top right corner of the overview pane.
  • Choose Cancel subscription from the menu.
  •  After the cancellation the status of your subscription will change from Active to Cancelled.

Cancel a subscription in the default UI

  • From your Dashboard go to Purchases > Subscriptions.

  • Under Subscriptions you will see an overview of all your emteria subscriptions.
  • To cancel your subscription click on the Cancel button, as shown in the picture below.

  •  After the cancellation the status of your subscription will change from Active to Cancelled.
