This tutorial will guide you through the process of cancelling your subscription.
- Log in to your Device Hub.
- Process with cancellation depending on the UI you are using, as described below.
Note: When a subscription is cancelled, it will provide its full functionality until it expires at the next renewal date. Once expired, all devices covered by this subscription will lose their access to our servers. Activated devices will stay activated, but a re-activation will not be possible. Also, unused licenses in this subscription will not be accessible for activating new devices.
Note: As a digital service provider, we do not offer any refunds for our products.
Cancel a subscription in the new UI
- From your Dashboard go to Devices and pick a subscription to be cancelled.
- Left-click the subscription and enter the "three-dots" menu in the top right corner of the Subscription details pane.
- Choose Cancel subscription from the menu.
- After the cancellation the status of your subscription will change from Active to Cancelled.
Cancel a subscription in the default UI
- From your Dashboard go to Purchases > Subscriptions.
- Under Subscriptions you will see an overview of all your emteria subscriptions.
- To cancel your subscription click on the Cancel button, as shown in the picture below.
- After the cancellation the status of your subscription will change from Active to Cancelled.
