General introduction
When adding a new user to a group you can select the User Role.
You can choose from these three Roles:
Owner: Has no limitations in managing licenses, subscriptions, and devices with the Device Hub.
Manager: Has most of the owner’s permission. Restrictions include changing the group name, moving licenses from one group to another, and restrictions on changing group settings.
User: Does not have permission to change information and settings in the group or Device Hub.
After adding a new user to the group, the user will be able to see immediately the newly added group and their role in their account.
What a Manager can do
Full access to Device Hub
Group Managers have direct access to the Device Hub with full functionality for the devices that belong to this group and have the Device Hub activated.

Adding and deleting users and mangers in the group
A group manager can add and delete other users and managers in the group. In addition, a group manager can change the User roles of users and other managers.
Leave a comment or change device name
A group manager can leave a comment for the license and can change the device name.
Following restrictions apply to Group Managers:
Managers can not:
- add or remove services to the groups,
- change group settings,
- move licenses to other groups.
What a User can do
Access to Device Hub with limited functionality
Group users have direct access to the Device Hub with limited functionality for the devices that belong to this group and have the Device Hub activated.

Manage installed applications
Users have no restrictions on the management of applications.
Following restrictions apply to Group Users:
Users can not:
- create new commands for the device(s),
- make changes to group information and assigned devices.
